Syracuse Councilmember Andrea Brown
I will be voting for John Taylor for Utah House Representative District 14. He is an incredible candidate on many counts; his life accomplishments and knowledge are impressive. More importantly, I believe he’s a man of integrity. I know he will do what he says, act transparently, and take accountability for his actions.

If you know John Taylor, then you know he is one of the most honorable, transparent, humble, and kind people you will ever meet. He loves his family, our Savior, his country, and the gospel. I am truly blessed to call him my friend. John is someone who truly walks the walk and talks the talk. He was our family’s bishop and ministering brother and he never missed an opportunity to serve us. John was my bishop during my divorce. He listened without judgement and helped me navigate my broken heart. He reminded me to trust our Heavenly Father and Savior. He reassured me it would be okay and he was right. Leaving Syracuse was hard, but he has maintained our friendship. When John found out Uriel and Daniela had submitted mission papers, he worried how I was going to pay. He called and offered to help pay and assured me not to ever worry about the cost. I am eternally grateful for the Taylors - true friends and angels to my family. I share this personal experience because it speaks to his character. That is why I’m so proud of him running for public office. If you don’t know John Taylor, you are truly missing out.
